- Two Laws is a feature film portraying the struggle by Aboriginal people at Borroloola for the recognition of Indigenous law; the film was made in conjunction with the Borroloola Aboriginal community and is divided into four parts; Part 1-Police Times involves the re-enactment of a historical incident of police brutality from the 1930s; Part 2-Welfare Times portrays the impact of white law and the welfare system on the community from the 1950s to the present; Part 3-Struggle For Our Land examines the community's relationship to land and the ongoing struggle for land rights; Part 4-Living With Two Laws looks at life in Borroloola in 1981and the problems associated with balancing non-Indigenous and Indigenous law
