Summary
"Stayin' Strong is a health promotions project which provides well-being messages and encourages help-seeking behaviour amongst Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Queensland. Each month the project produces 20 radio messages and a newsletter containing practical information on a range of health-related issues, with a focus on prevention and early treatment of chronic disease and promotion of healthy lifestyles The project also seeks to promote positive lifestyle choices using voices of Indigenous role models, Elders and mentors. These messages are broadcast daily on 98.9FM and the National Indigenous Radio service and distributed across Queensland."

From Ed. 10 (2011) the newsletter is published online only and radio messages and podcasts are also only available online after broadcast.
