The National Accelerated Literacy Program (NALP) is an initiative that aims to develop the sustainable implementation of a successful and broadly based approach to achiveing high level literacy outcomes for Indigenous and other educationaly marginalised students; it is a join project of the Northern Territory Department of Employment, Education and Training, Charles Darwin University, the Northern Territory Government and the Australina Government Department of Employment, Science and Training; appendix is a summary of the Northern Territory Program trial from 2001-2003
